If you do not accept the provisions set forth herein, we invite you not to use our Extension.
The Data Controller processes the Data of Users in a proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data. The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of the site (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by us. Online Identifiers: When you install, access and use our Extension, we collect certain identifiers such as your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address and etc. (collectively “Online Identifiers”). We process such Online Identifiers for the following purposes: (1) Providing the services, enabling the operation of the Extension; (2) Telemetry data, as detailed below, as well as for analytics, marketing, and measurements and providing you with personalized ads. Where we process such Online Identifiers for operational, functional, and security purposes, we process your data based on our legitimate interest. Where we use the Online Identifiers for marketing, personalized ads, and tracking it will be based on your consent provided through the Extension' organic permissions. You may withdraw consent at any time through the Extension settings or the device setting (i.e., opt-out from advertising ID or tracking).
Telemetry and Usage Data: We further collect information related to your use and interaction with the Extension, such as access time, date logs, activity logs, the features and content you interact with, conversions and your interaction with ads, browsing data , etc. We process such data for the purpose of: (1) Operating and improving the Services, as well as securing and correcting any error in our Extension. (2) Internal analytics for future improvement of the Extension, and to provide you with personalized interface. (3) We may also use data related to the ads you interact with to help advertisers understand the performance of their ad campaigns and provide them with applicable reports. We process your data subject to our contractual obligations with you, to enable the installation, operation, and function of our Extension, and to improve our Extension and your UX. Other purposes, such as operational and security, are based on our legitimate interests. Where we collect such data for analytic and advertising purposes, we process the data based on your consent provided through the onboarding permissions.
Contact Information: If you voluntarily contact us for support or other inquiries, you may be required to provide us with certain contact information such as your full name, email address, and any additional information you choose to provide us. We process such data to provide you with the support you requested or to respond to your inquiry. The correspondence with you may be processed and stored by us to improve our customer service. Further, we retain such correspondence in the event we reasonably believe it is required to protect our legitimate interests, for example, in the event of any possible future disputes or legal claims, or to provide you with any further assistance (if applicable). We process such data based on our legitimate interests. The Data is processed at the Data Controller’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved with the processing are located. The Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document, and the User can always request that the Data Controller suspend or remove the data. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to us; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access. The Data concerning the User is collected to allow us to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Analytics, Hosting and backend infrastructure, Displaying content from external platforms and Contacting the User. We use information held about you in the following ways: (i) To ensure that content from our Extension is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your device. (ii) To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest. (iii) To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us. (iv) To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Extension, when you choose to do so. (v) To notify you about changes to our Extension.
To use Our Extension you must be aged 16 or older. The Services are not intended for children under 16. If you are under 16 years of age, then please do not use Our Extension. If you are the parent or guardian of a person under the age of 16, then please do not permit that person use Our Extension. Your access to the Services may be deleted or blocked without warning if it is found that you are misrepresenting your age or the age of the person using Our Extension. In this case, your membership account and all related data may be deleted without warning. Your access to the Services is solely for your personal use, and you must not authorize others to use your account.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties (i) With service providers that assist us in providing the services and the operations of our Extension. Where we disclose the data with the services provider we will contractually obligate to guarantee that the data will not be used to any other purpose except from providing the services we requested; (ii) With third party advertisers as detailed above; (iii) In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets. (iv) If we or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets. (v) If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect our rights, property, or safety, including our customers, or others. Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. Therefore Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the us and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed. Personal Data collected for the purposes of our legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by us within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting us. We may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, we may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority. Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.
